Animals are wonderfully agreeable friends. They ask so little of us, and give so much love in return. Our staff can assist you in your search for memorial products such as keepsakes, stepping stones, and urns. Please note that we do not offer pet cremation services at this time. Please contact your veterinary clinic for specific cremation information. Also, should you choose ground interment, we can refer you to a cemetery that offers ground burial for your pet companion. Below you will find basic information to help guide your decision making, however, each clinic will offer different services and may have different terminology.
A private cremation means your pet is placed in the cremation chamber alone. Upon completion of the cremation, your pet's cremated remains are removed from the chamber, and returned to you, in an urn of your choice.
Many times family members want to be involved in the cremation of their pet. This is just like a private cremation, but your family is present during the cremation in a viewing room. This option is not available at all crematories. Please ask your veterinary clinic for further information.
Here, your pet shares space in the cremation chamber with other pets, but as each pet carries a unique identification tag into the chamber, you’re ensured of receiving only your pet’s cremated remains, in the urn of your choice.
In a communal cremation, your pet is cremated along with a number of other pets, and the cremated remains are not separated. No cremated remains are returned to you.
